I co-authored a position paper on AI-assisted software development for OSSBIG Austria, focusing on how large language models are changing software engineering workflows. The paper examines trust, automation, and the evolving role of AI in code generation and review, and draws on existing research and practice to inform the Austrian open-source and software community.

I contributed to sections on the capabilities and limitations of current tools (including AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Amazon CodeWhisperer), the impact on developer productivity and code quality, and recommendations for responsible adoption while preserving quality and accountability.
